Our services are priced within ranges based on stylist experience and the time and product required. Length, density, previous color, and your service plan can impact final pricing. Before we begin, your stylist will confirm pricing with you so there are no surprises at checkout.

Many color services take several hours. We recommend setting aside ample time so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Some results are best achieved over more than one visit, depending on your hair history and goals.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to adjust or reschedule their service to respect timing and quality.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 2 weeks of your service so we can talk through adjustments.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or modify an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50 percent fee.

Q: Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment. All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, may be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reschedule within the requested 24-hour time frame. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
