How Long Will My Appointment Take?2021-12-16T10:02:15+00:00

As a general rule for new clients we allow 3.5 hours for a cut and color, however this is for a basic color. If you are needing a color correction or have long/thick hair, then we will allow extra time. Please be mindful of this when you are booking and provide us with as much information as you can so that you we don’t have to turn you away once we see your hair.

How Many Sessions Will My Hair Take To Achieve My Desired Color?2021-12-16T10:02:27+00:00

Each client’s hair takes differently to color so although we can provide you with an estimate, it may not be accurate. If you do not have any artificial dye in your hair then we can usually achieve your desired color in the first session. However, if you have colored your hair recently, then this may take multiple sessions. Further, if your hair is damaged, we may need 2 or 3 sessions to maintain the integrity of your hair.

All of our stylists are intensively trained, and experienced. Some of our artists specialize in different techniques, such a coloring, cutting, curls, and extensions, however each member of our team of artists are highly trained, with advanced expertise in their field.

We advise any clients to come in for a consult first if they are having a color correction, are unsure what is achievable, have damaged hair, or are unsure what color/style they want to to achieve. Our consultations are complimentary.

What Sort Of Shampoo And Conditioner Should I Be Using For My Color?2021-12-16T10:03:04+00:00

We always recommend that you use professional quality shampoos and conditioners that suit your hair type and needs. Your artist will be more than happy to make a recommendation during your appointment.

What Is Color Build Up And Does It Affect My Outcome?2021-12-16T10:03:15+00:00

Color build up is any artificial dye that has been applied to your hair. Until your hair is completely grown out, there will always be traces of color build up which can impact the results of your color service.

Absolutely! We always guarantee our work, although we do understand that if you’re not satisfied, a small adjustment may be necessary. We kindly ask that you reach out to us within 2 weeks of your original service so that any issue can be rectified.

Yes we do! Our Olaplex treatments range from $50-$90. If you’d like to include Olaplex to your service, please let our team know so we can allow for additional time.

Yes we offer Keratin Treatments that will smooth, relax, and defrizz the hair resulting in maximum shine, increased manageability, and overall health.

Absolutely! All extension appointments require a consultation with an extension artist prior to booking.

Do I Need To Confirm My Booking?2021-12-16T10:05:15+00:00

Although we ask you to confirm your appointment, your appointment will not be canceled unless you tell us otherwise. We automatically send out a confirmation email and text 2 days prior to your appointment.

Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?2022-06-23T22:33:59+00:00

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, may be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reschedule within the requested 24-hour time frame.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

We’ve chosen in-salon retail and color lines that are cruelty-free, vegan, made with recycled packaging, and with little to no anomia;

We gladly offer physical and e-gift card options depending on location. To redeem, present your physical or virtual card at the time of purchase. Gift cards can be used against all service and retail purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
